*All roster and waivers forms must be turned by week one. Please sign the form. Any player who has not signed the waiver will not be able to play.

UNIFORM POLICY- Teams it's getting increasing nerve racking trying to determine which guy plays for which team when each team is wearing several different color shirts, I will ask each team to at least have the same color shirts with numbers on the back. Many teams play in consecutive leagues (winter,summer,fall) with minimal investment this can make officiating and record keeping much smoother. 
 Example-Phil drives to the lane gets fouled by his own player with a slightly different shirt then the opposing team, looks up and yells at the Ref..foul..(C'mon Man)
 
FORFEIT FEE- The league commissioner will need 48 hours in advance if your team is not able to play, as most of you know I will make every attempt to reschedule your game, if you do not give me proper notice, like TIM MISNEY says I'LL MAKE YOU PAY! and it hurts.

Ref/Scorekeeping- 30.00
Opposing Team Fee-30.00
Game fee for following game 30.00 ....Total 90.00 (non-negotiable) before next game.
 
Free Agents- Several guys do not have teams at the moment and are willing to play as substitutes or fills in. Please use this options if necessary.

FUN FACTS

TECHNICAL FOUL/TEAM FOUL
RULING-Automatic 2 points for opposing team and team possession. (2-T'S) same player results in ejection.

Flagrant Foul- Ejection.
Fighting/Punch Thrown miss or hit-Ejection (5) game suspension

ROSTERS- We are trying to record league scoring averages couple things need to happen. I need all players full name and number and emailed to me with team name this can be provide also on the waiver form.
